Delete your Havony account

You can permanently delete your account and data at any time, right in the app.

1. Open Havony and go to Profile › Settings.
2. Tap Manage my account, then Delete.
3. Tap Delete my account and confirm.

What gets deleted

Your profile, photos, verification selfie and face data, matches, messages and balances are deleted within 30 days. We keep limited purchase records for accounting, unlinked from you.

Subscriptions

Deleting your account doesn’t cancel an Apple subscription. Cancel it on your iPhone in Settings › your name › Subscriptions.

Can’t open the app?

Email hello@havony.com from the email on your account, or include the phone number you signed up with, and ask us to delete your account. We’ll confirm it’s you first.
